This is # 773 Turtle from 1962 and He/She is Very Colorful and in Excellent Condition and in fact "Collector Quality"
He has a Melodious sound,....colorful plastic shell.... and Hat,.... solid wood body, and plastic feet and legs.... that rotate amusingly.
He is about 9&1/2 inches long by about 6 inches tall by about 6 inches wide.
He has a Pull cord that is about 32 inches long with a button on the end.
