    Unknown estate rings
    All my jewelry auctions have always been run as "unknown condition and untested". I recently had a complaint to ebay from one of the last customers stating to ebay....   "
    They said that these were all untested when there's big gouges out of some of these Rings no markings at all would like to return not what was in description"
    I don't check the rings at all, but have not noticed big gouges, and if there are gold rings or silver or antique with markings then that is great and often the case, however, I cannot send out untested lots and after a customer tests them and there is no more value than wearable costume, I cannot accept jewelry back because now it HAS been tested and when i'm grabbing out a 100lbs of jewelry, I just do not have the time to figure each piece out.
