    Description

    SUPER RARE FIsher Price #705 - Racing Pony.  Made by Fisher Price for only one year in 1933 (Fisher Price started making toys in 1931).  Because of this limited production run, this is a very rare toy.  And it is in great condition!  Paper litho is almost compete with very little edge wear.  There is a section of litho missing on the right side near the monkey's head - probably from a price sticker at some point (actually does not distract that much from the toy's visuals).  Very little wear to the paint on the wheels.  Still has it's original pull string and knob which is in amazing condition.  Toy still works perfectly - when pulled, the legs move in a realistic motion (cudos to the Fisher Price designers).  Wheels all move very freely - no stickiness at all to the action.  This is a super rare version of the toy where no number was painted on the side of the toy - most had a single digit number painted on the red "saddle/blanket".  Toy displays very well.
