INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Internal use: Take 1-3 teaspoons daily for maintaining good health
Swish around mouth and let soak under tongue 20-30 sec before swallowing
up to 4 tablespoons a day to fight off infection
External use: Spray on liberally to effected area 4 times a day
