    Description

Vintage Owl Themed Jewelry Mixed lot
Offered is a lot of skillfully, hand carved, etched & inlaid owl themed mixed jewelry lot. There is a wide array of materials used in creation of these works of art.
In photo # 2 are the earliest pieces in the lot with intricate hand carved bovine earrings & pendant charms with gold filled findings. #3
    depicts
a hand etched owl on petrified wood. It is not worked for jewelry, but could be fashioned into an amazing pendant. It looks as though it was signed by the artist at back, but I am unable to make it out. #4 depicts an early vintage Eagle #3 Taxco ring that looks to be inlaid turquoise chips. It also has the central initials of the maker, but again, I can't make it out. Also in the pic is a Hecho Mexico sterling inlaid charm & a inlaid wood double owl brooch. In photo #5 There is a hand etched & painted piece by tosh, who is known to have used pieces scavenged form
    Canadian
beaches for his art work. There is also a hand enameled owl pendant by the artist, Adel. #6 depicts a dramatic etched scene of an owl in flight and signed by the artist, B.L. I an intrigued with this one, as I do not know what the light weight material used in it's production. #7 depicts two nicely hand etched owls, one in the form of a pendant. These pieces are not marked.

I acquired this lot from the Florida estate of a long term rare owl collector. Ongoing, I will be listing owl themed pieces and will be glad to combine shipping for double orders.
