Description

Modern Masters 1 gal. Metal Effects Permacoat Xtreme Clear Protective Sealer is a water base, clear, non-yellowing, protective sealer and top coat. Permacoat Xtreme Clear works over Metal Effects Rust Activated Iron Paint or Patina Finishes. On exterior Metal Effects Rust Surfaces, Permacoat Xtreme chemically minimizes any further corrosion, then self-cross links to create a weather resistant barrier. On interior Metal Effects Rust Surfaces, seals to prevent finish rub-off on areas where contact occurs. Also, seals and protects Patina Surfaces exposed to repeated hand contact, such as hand rails.
Apply over modern masters metal effects rust to prevent further corrosion of exterior surfaces coated with metal effects rust
Also use over metal effects rust and patina created finishes to protect surfaces with repeated hand contact from transfer
Covers approximately 275 sq. ft. making it a great choice for large jobs or professional applications
Flat/matte finish clear topcoat sealer will not alter appearance of metal effects rust or patina finishes
Unlike other acrylic varnishes, permacoat xtreme will form a film over the oxidized surfaces without cracking or yellowing
Works as a topcoat to protect modern masters oxidized finishes on a wide variety of surfaces including interior and exterior walls, moldings, trim, columns, doors, railings, lamps, vases, planters and more
Apply 2 coats, let surface dry for 1 hour before handling and allow 7 to 10 days for full cure

Water-base acrylic paint is low-odor and cleans up easily with soap and water while wet
