Home Essentials Pinpoint collection set - sugar bowl with a lid and creamer/jug. Attractive and artistic, uncommon design. This particular line is discontinued and hard to find.
These pieces are marked with Home Essentials logo and the name “Pinpoint Collection”.

For reasons unknown to me, I see similar pieces by
Maxwell and Williams Designer Homewares.
This set is excellent for entertaining because the size and capacity of each item is larger than most similar items. SEE THE MEASUREMENTS.
Secret of the sugar bowl – the lid locks in place nicely when placed properly!
