    Christian Ulbricht, a renowned German woodcrafter particularly for the detailed work of his nutcrackers, has master crafted this cheerful chef.  He has a tall chef hat and rosy red cheeks.  He is carrying a roast which he is about to carve and serve.  He stands 12" (1 FT.) tall and is in excellent condition--no chips, cracks, or indication of time.
