Measuring Instructions
Use this chart from left to right.
Measure your girth, or circumference (the distance around). Use a string if you don't have a soft measuring tape.
In column 2, next to your measurements, choose whether your symptoms are "Frequent" (occur more than half of the time), or "Rare" (occur less than half of the time.)
Look to the right of your selection in column 3 to find your Eddie size in column 3. If you're in between sizes, choose the smaller size
How to wear Eddie by Giddy
Step 1
Place Eddie at the base, with the opening facing down.
Step 2
Wrap your desired tension band around the ends of Eddie. This will initiate or increase constriction.
Step 3
Remember to relax — and have fun!
