This timer relay can be used for

Have normally open and closed contact, only normally open contact (the two white wires) is wired. If you need normally closed contact - need to be solder one wire.
How the timer work?
When you plug the power(12v) - the relay is activated (the
normally open contact
is closed; the
normally closed
contacts is open). The timer will keep this position until end of the set time( up to 13s), then normally open contact will open and normally closed will be closed. By restart the power - the cycle repeat.
