    This auction is for an antique 1936 Fisher Price #703 Popeye The Sailor pull toy. Piece of the paper litho has come off his head ( included please check last photograph). There is quite a bit of staining especially on one side of the paper litho. One of the metal staples that holds one of the wheels in place is missing. When moved his arms miss the bell, not sure if it’s missing something. Very rare and cool toy. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
