The time delay relay module adopts NE555 as the time base.
Function: connect power supply to module, the relay switch connected immediately,
and then after a estimated time, the relay switch disconnected.
The relay terminal have NO(Normally Open) and NC(Normally Closed),
When use the NO and COM terminal, it is delay turn off.
When use the NC and COM terminal, it is delay turn on.
